Refund Policy for Miso One
Thank you for choosing Miso One ("we," "us," or "our"). If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review the refund terms below.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.
Eligibility
- The purchase must be associated with a valid Miso One account and include enough order information for us to review it.
- The subscription, plan, or credit purchase must be unused or substantially unused where applicable.
- Refund requests may be denied where credits have already been consumed for completed Miso One AI voice sessions, expressive speech generation, voice cloning tests, transcript exports, downloads, or related paid usage.
- We may deny requests involving abuse, fraud, policy violations, or attempts to generate deceptive or unauthorized voice content.
Please note: Credits already used for successful Miso One sessions, generated audio, or exports are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@misooneai.com and include:
- Your account email address
- Your order or payment reference
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or context that helps us review the request
Review and Processing
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that the refunded amount may be reduced by payment processing or platform fees, not exceeding 6% of the original payment amount where applicable.
