Each paid plan includes one shared credit pool. Starter Voice, GPT Realtime Mini, and GPT Realtime 2 draw from the same balance. The listed minutes are maximums when you only use one model.
How does GPT Realtime 2 burn 4x faster than GPT Realtime Mini?
Starter Voice uses 1 credit per second, GPT Realtime Mini uses 4 credits per second, and GPT Realtime 2 uses 16 credits per second. For example, 72,000 credits can run up to 1,200 minutes on Starter Voice, 300 minutes on GPT Realtime Mini, or 75 minutes on GPT Realtime 2.
Can I use Starter Voice, GPT Realtime Mini, and GPT Realtime 2 in the same plan?
Yes. Paid plans can use all three models from the same shared credit pool. The listed minutes are maximums when you only use one model.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits expire with the billing cycle. Yearly plans grant the full annual pool at purchase, and top-up packs are valid for 90 days.
What is included in the Free plan?
Free signup credits are for Starter Voice trial usage. Paid plans also support Starter Voice, GPT Realtime Mini, and GPT Realtime 2 from the shared credit pool.
Can I buy extra credits while subscribed?
Yes. Top-up packs add flexible credits to an active subscription and can be used for Starter Voice, GPT Realtime Mini, or GPT Realtime 2.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the current paid period.
